“How can I leave my mark on the world, I  thought, unless I get out there first and see it?”

                                                                                                        Phil Knight, Shoe Dog

Shoe Dog : A  Memoir by Phil Knight ,the founder of Nike is one of the best books which i have read recently . From the beginning of the book Phil Knight takes us to a adventure of World. The story starts from a young boy who had one " 🤪 Crazy Idea  " to sell shoes from Japan into America and compete Adidas. At the age of 24 by taking money from his father he sets on to a world trip and during the trip he makes a deal with Japanese company . He returns to home and with his college sports professor starts a Company Blue Ribbons which later became NIKE.

From the Beginning  the book  is filled with inspiring  story and adventure . Phil uniquely opens his struggle and experiences  in set order of timeline throughout the book . He tells us how he tackled daily struggles and saved the company from bankruptcy how he build the team of best employee who had same passion as he had. As we read further in the book we fill this is not just the story of how a company was formed but its a story of Passion , Passion for sports , passion for Running passion for growth ,passion for doing something better and Passion  to do things no matter what others SAY.

It’s an amazing tale. It’s real. And you’ll understand in the final pages why, despite all of the hardships he experienced along the way, Knight says, “God, how I wish I could relive the whole thing.

The Four Agreements

''Self-rejection is the biggest sin that you commit.''  ― Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements       In his book The four Agreements Don Miguel Ruiz explains the main four agreements which we should make for a better personal freedom . The book offers a code of conduct based on ancient Toltec wisdom that advocates freedom from self -limiting beliefs   .        The four Agreements  told by Don Miguel Are  1) Be Impeccable with your words                                         what does that mean ?  It means that words are more powerful  than we think ,words can plant a idea in someone's mind like inception , words can incite fear in a person. so the author suggests to use words wisely while we speak .   2) Don't  take anything personally                                         As the first agreement is about the power of words so i true if someone uses that power of words on us in that case we should take nothing personally . Nothing others do is because of you.

The Creative Curve : How to Develop the Right Idea, at the Right Time .

The Ideas that tend to take off are ideas that have the right combination of  familiarity and novelty                                         - Allen Gannett                                                                                                                                                                                        In His Book The Creative Curve Allen Gannett Destroys the myth that the ideas comes to us by the light bulb  effect 💡 . He tells us that world changing ideas are not born by the mere coincidence but are the effect of 4 important laws ,Consumption ,Imitation, Creative communities and Iterations . To explain this he has drawn a creative curve for the better understanding               We all know about the famous story of J.K.Rowling how she got the idea about Harry Potter in a train journey to London , the story of the song "Yesterday " by Paul McCartney   , the creativity of Steve Jobs and many others how where this people stuck with the cr

The $100 Startup

“value is created when a person makes something useful and shares it with the world.”                                                                                                                                    -   Chris Guillebeau                               The $100 Startup  by Chris Guillebeau is the refreshingly  different book  than what I expected it to be . Its not going to teach you how to be a millionaire .  It's  a simple approach to starting a business , aimed to people who don't  know where to start and don't have a lot of money to play with . In short its goes to the most important part that is how to start getting sh*t done.               For his book Chris Guillebeau has interviewed  thousands of  people around the globe who have started their business and summed up the information into different lessons . There are total  14 chapters in this  book in which the author has explained  how to start , how to launch a product , advertising , marketing and
